Frequently Asked Questions
From kids to grown-ups, everyone loves to Reach New Heights! Please take a moment to read our most frequently asked questions before you jump.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
No, however, time slots often fill up quickly and without a reservation there is no guarantee that space will be available. Although our park has large capacity, we can get really busy so we recommend booking your jump tickets online prior to your visit.
What is the age range for jumping?
Altitude provides an exhilarating experience for jumpers of all ages. There is no maximum age, but all visitors should jump within their own personal physical limitations. For our smaller jumpers ages 5 and under, we have a special Toddler Time on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
What if a child under 18 comes without a parent?
Jumpers under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Parents can submit the waiver online or arrive with their child to fill in the waiver in person.
Can I wear my own socks?
We require every jumper to wear a pair of our Altitude Safety Socks. These socks have been designed specifically for our trampolines in order to keep you safe. Altitude Safety Socks can be washed and re-worn but are required in order to jump. We enforce this rule to help keep our jumpers safe and the park clean.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. We do not allow jumpers to wear any items with sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. Jumpers are not allowed to wear shoes on the trampolines. For your safety, we require all jumpers to wear Altitude Safety Socks. Please refer to our park rules for more details.
Is there a weight limit?
Our trampolines are manufactured to safely withstand up to 127 kg / 280 lbs.
Is it safe?
Altitude Trampoline Park Norway is committed to providing a safe jumping experience. Our parks are designed with safety in mind and our staff are fully trained to prevent accidents, as well as respond to them when they do occur. Like any sport, injuries can occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor. Every jumper must read all the rules and watch our short, 3 minute safety briefing to ensure everyone understands the rules.
Is food available for purchase?
Yes, Altitude is proud to offer a wide selection of food and non-alcoholic beverage options. Healthy snacks and meals options are available at the park. We also cater to gluten-free diets.
Can I bring in outside food and beverage?
To ensure the safety of all guests at our park, we do not permit outside food and beverage, except for babies and toddlers.
Why do I need to sign a waiver before heading to Altitude?
Everyone who jumps on our trampolines is required to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years old, a waiver must be signed by your parent or legal guardian. Waivers remain valid for one year and don’t need to be filled out every time you visit the park.
If I've signed a waiver once, do I need to do it again?
Your online waiver is valid for one year after signing.
How long before my jump time starts do I need to arrive?
We recommend that all jumpers arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled jump time. This allows for check-in, completing the waiver and watching the safety briefing video.
Do I need to bring a group, or can I jump on my own?
Our park is fun no matter if you’re jumping solo or with a group of friends.
